As the Euro 2020 games are ongoing, the effects of Covid 19 are still a major challenge to many people.

The African Cup Of Nations (AFCON) that was scheduled to start on July this year has been moved and rescheduled to January 2022 due to the effects of Covid-19.

The last competition’s winner were Algeria after beating Senegal 1-0 in the Final in Egypt.

Next year’s 2022 African Cup Of Nations will be held in Cameroon from January 9 to February 6 Comprising 24 teams which have been grouped in 6 groups, each group comprising of 4 teams. The groups have been arranged and the fixtures have been confirmed.

Group B has contained all the three Guinea’s; Equatorial Guinea, Guinea and Guinea Bissau together with Ethiopia.

Group D is said to more deadly since it comprises Egypt, Cote D’ivoire, Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
