A female CS has been accused of occupying a house in Amara ridge estate in Karen illegally.
The house belongs to a Murang’a member of Parliament.Mary mureu, the owner said that the CS approached her with her husband offering ksh 90 M for the house.
However the couple declined the offer saying the house valued at ksh 120 million.Mrs Mureu said that the CS occupied the house with no transaction at all .
Mrs Mureu said that the unnamed CS occupied the house when the owners were outside the country. She said that the family has travelled to the United States for a graduation ceremony of her daughter . When she came back , she hired a contractor to come clean the house only to get shocked as the house was already occupied
Armed police officers were deployed in the area who stopped the contractor from accessing the house.Mrs Mureu said that the house still belongs to her and her husband since neither any transaction was made nor was there any agreement signed.
