KAKAMEGA SENATOR FORCED TO WALK ON MUD


Kakamega senator Boni khalwale was on Sunday July 9 forced to walk on foot to a function in malava constituency.

The senator who posed the pictures on Twitter said he had to go to the function irregardless of the situation.

His vehicle stuck in the mud after a heavy downpour in the western region.

Khalwale captioned that the terrain is often a challenge to 4 wheel vehicles when it rains.

He stated that he must get to his destination whether in a bodaboda or on foot. It showed his commitment to his work.

It is the responsibility of Kenya Rural Roads Authority to maintain and construct rural roads.The government recently disbursed funds to the Kenya Roads board to aid in construction of such roads.
