MISSING MILITARY OFFICER

A family in Nyandarua county is in shock after their loved one who is in the Kenya military went missing.

Joseph Maina also known as ndichu went missing on Wednesday last week.

Ndichu’s brother explained that he had spoken to him on Monday but his phone wa switched off on Tuesday.

He explained that his brother was off duty on Tuesday. He had no complains all along.

Ndichu who is from the rapid response team in kahawa Barracks left his house in Githurai at around 4 pm.

His neighbours said that ndichu was in the house on Tuesday and on Wednesday until in the afternoon.

Despite reporting to the police station, the family is yet to receive any assistance as the KDF has to issue a statement of a lost military officer only eight days later .
