MOB STORMS INTO REFERRAL HOSPITAL TO CHECK ON ONE OF THEIR OWN WHO WAS SHOT IN THE HEAD DURING SABASABA PROTESTS

An angry mob stormed into migori county referral hospital to check on a man who was shot in the head .

The man is alleged to have been among the protesters in Migori county during the Saba Saba protests.

Migori county is among the strongholds of Azimio leader Raila Odinga.Residents obeyed to his call for a nation wide maandamano in an anti Government rally.

It took police efforts to convince the mob to leave the facility and allow the injured person to receive treatment.

Much as it may seem that the police used excessive force, the protesters have been asked to protest peacefully to avoid the unnecessary confrontation with the police.
