POLICE COUNTER A CAR USED BY THIEVES

There has been a rise in robbery cases areas surrounding the capital. Several citizens have reported cases of their houses being Brocken into by unknown goons. Their valuables have also been stolen.

Thanks to the CCTV cameras, the Directorate of Criminal Investigation have been able to counter one of the vehicles that has been used by the goons.

The police countered the goons at Roasters area in Kasarani but the thieves defied the orders to stop the vehicle. They sped up towards Baba dogo area as the police chased after them.


They were fast and abandoned their vehicle, a Toyota Vanguard at Ngei estate with a fake number plate KCJ 530C . This is the number plate that has been caught on many occasions by the CCTV footages when houses have been Brocken into.

The suspects however managed to escape on foot as the security officials are on a crack down to get them. From the vehicle they found five television sets, a laptop a playstation 5 , a bunch of keys and metal hooks.
