On an interview few days ago, Mikel Mikel Arteta hinted on the kind of players that should sign for Arsenal this January. This is what he had to say “We want to sign players early January as we did last summer.
What we cannot afford is get a player here that is not for us. We don’t need a body, we just need players that make the team better. We are aligned with Edu and board” Arteta said.
From the statement it is clear that Arteta needs players who will play for the club and not for their own gains.
